Nice staff members, marvellous location very close to the town center. Again, not far from Tamasudare Shrine. Reasonably spacious and huge unit with an electric kettle and a fridge...

The stay at this wonderful and absolutely fantastic hotel was a superb one. All of the staff were nice, welcoming. My room was extremely spacious and huge and featured good view of Hakone mountain. It had MODERN facilities in the bathroom: a bidet, complimentary 

Our family room was beautiful with the basics, a gorgeous view and the massage chair as advertised. The location was great and amazing there, close to nature. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Hakone 

The rooms were large with private outdoor bath, the staff were very pleasant. This hotel was set in a remote area just next door to lovely green hill side with cascading water running which was soothing to listen 

Memorable stay of our holiday. Traditional hotel with fine staff and exceptionally good views of the mountain. Great location, close to nature.

Nice hotel in a favourable setting close to nature. Beautiful and exceptionally good property units with Japanese bedding and a gorgeous view and a hot tub.

This hotel offers large and authentic rooms with a Japanese bath and a hot tub, as example. The employees are incredibly nice and incredible. Offers amazing service and amazing food. Moreover, there is a parking on site.  

I stayed at a traditional Japanese room at Okada and it was quite comfortable. The room was a good size for three people, although it might have been crowded with more guests and luggage. The staff were excellent, taking care 

The rooms are exceptionally good with cascading water, tremendous variety plus the basics and the staff are good. They serve excellent breakfasts for all tastes with European dishes, Japanese food.

The breakfast is free and amazing, I loved it. The venue has stunning setting in Hakone Yumoto Onsen district not far from an onsen, nearby train station, and the major attractions.

The hotel of choice in Hakone. Remarkable facilities and a marvellous breakfast with also European dishes. Stunning and unbeatable location in Hakone, next to Hakone Yumoto train station, and the local buses out to the major attractions.  

The location was good and stunning - ease of access to Gyokuren Shrine. Truly enjoyed the room with the basics, my bed was nice. They provided a valuable and excellent breakfast with Japanese food and European dishes, for instance.  

The rooms were well-designed and tidy and had feather pillows. Remote location close enough to the Hakone train station, the mountain and taxi, it was in a stunningly beautiful area. Hakone Yumoto Onsen district was worth staying
